Humanoid robots are coming and tirelessly at work to become the next boom.
The ETF
The KraneShares Global Humanoid and Embodied Intelligence Index ETF (KOID) has an expense ratio of 0.69%, a modest yield of 0.67%, and an AUM of $172 million. Launched on June 5, 2025, the fund has performed well and is up 55% since my first BUY report.
KOID tracks the MerQube Global Humanoid and Embodied Intelligence Index, which has it rebalancing quarterly. All holdings are chosen from either developed or emerging public companies, though each must have at least $1 billion in market cap when it is initially added to the index. Two other big names in the sector—Galbot and Linkerbot—are also planning IPOs. Galbot’s G1 robot and TrackVLA system are well-regarded, and the firm is working with Mercedes and Zeekr on automotive manufacturing needs. Linkerbot has made headlines with its dexterous hand control. It was just valued at $3 billion in a “series B+” round.
In one report it was suggested that many of China's robotic companies are pursuing secret listing applications, so the full number is underwraps.
Leju Robotics and Yun Shenchu had their listings accepted, while Zhiyuan, Galaxy Universal, and Zhongqing Robotics have completed the required shareholding reform for a public company. ###### Chart
