We implement technical and organizational controls to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

No internet transmission method is fully secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

We use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand product behavior, measure page and feature usage, diagnose problems, and improve HumanoidHub. Product analytics are enabled by default and are not used for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site advertising.

Analytics may include page routes, feature interactions, approximate device and browser information, and an opaque internal account identifier when you are signed in. PostHog may record masked visual session replays on public pages to help diagnose usability issues; input values and page text are masked, and private, administrative, and tokenized routes are excluded. We do not send your name, email address, inquiry text, private messages, or tokenized links as analytics properties.

PostHog and Google process this information as service providers. We retain analytics only as long as needed for product improvement, security, and operational analysis, subject to our configured provider retention settings.

On public pages, PostHog may record page layouts and interactions so we can diagnose usability problems. Text and form inputs are masked, designated private regions are excluded, and recording stops on private or sensitive-link pages. We do not enable console, network-body, or canvas recording. The same Privacy settings control turns these recordings off.

You can turn product analytics off at any time using the Privacy settings control available on public pages. We also respect supported browser privacy signals and exclude private, administrative, and sensitive-token routes. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.
