Notes

Unitree Robotics · Unitree G1. Sub-$20k bipedal platform; most commonly seen unit at trade shows + university labs.

Agility Robotics · Digit. RoboFab manufacturing facility in Salem, OR designed for 10,000-unit/yr capacity.

Figure · Figure 03. Rate scaled 24× in 120 days. Newly built units ship with Helix VLA + S0 perception policy.

Fourier Intelligence · GR-1. Available for purchase by research labs; production focus on academic / R&D buyers.

1X Technologies · 1X NEO. Targeting home environment as primary deployment surface.

Apptronik · Apollo. Two public Tier-1 partnerships announced.

Boston Dynamics · Atlas (Electric). Public deployments concentrated in Hyundai operations. Unit counts not published.

Tesla · Optimus. Tesla has discussed production targets publicly but does not publish weekly or monthly run rates.

UBTECH Robotics · Walker S series. Multiple announced auto-OEM pilots; published unit counts not confirmed.

Methodology

  • Mass production: consistent multi-thousand unit annual run rate, multiple deployment markets, second-source parts available.
  • Production: shipping commercial units at scale but unit volume not yet in the multi-thousands annually.
  • Pilot: deploying with named partners; not yet generally available; small unit counts.
  • Prototype: demonstrated platform but not yet in customer hands.
  • Where a number isn't manufacturer-published or third-party-verified, the cell is left blank rather than estimated. We don't extrapolate.
  • See something that's wrong or stale? Tell us — corrections in this table land in the next update.
